Volunteer to provide treats - we need 4 volunteers to bake/make 2-3 dozen items to sell (ex. cookies, cupcakes, banana bread muffins or sliced for plating/bagging, grapes & sliced cheese, meatballs, pinwheel sandwich slices, soup, etc.) It can be as simple or elegant as you want. Packaging in single serving quantities is appreciated, if possible. Treats can be dropped off at Saturday rehearsal on the date of the performance or delivered to the event between 6:00 pm-6:30 pm at the Historic Old San Ysidro Church, 966 Old Church Rd., Corrales, NM before 6:30 pm.
Volunteer to work concession stand 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm (on the dates above) - we need 3-4 volunteers. Can be singers and/or parents. Volunteers will help set up concession stand, sell items, collect money, serve beverages, clean up/close down stand. If time allows, you are welcome to attend some of the performance. Volunteers should wear RRYC or CCRR shirt if possible.
