Mentor-mentee relationships can have an incredible impact on the lives and careers of mentees and mentors alike. At this event, we aim to provide the opportunity for mentees and mentors to engage with one another to discuss their goals and career paths, and to potentially develop mentor-mentee relationships that will last beyond the scope of this event.
This all-ages mixer will take place on March 1st at Lucky Labrador Beer Hall in NW Portland and will provide an opportunity for mentees to meet with several different mentors, in addition to plenty of open networking time.
You may register for this event as either a mentee or a mentor. We encourage anyone who is interested in providing education or career guidance to register as a mentor, regardless of career level or amount of experience.
Schedule:
5:30 - 6:00 Check-In
6:00 - 6:10 Welcome & Short Presentation on Mentorship and Networking
6:10 - 6:30 Pizza, Refreshments, & Mingling
6:30 - 7:00 Speed Mentoring Session
7:00 - 7:05 Raffle Drawing
7:05 - 8:30 Open Networking Session
If you have children who will be joining you for the event, a volunteer will be providing free-of-cost childcare at the venue until 7:30pm.
