300 Heroes
300 Heroes is a group of individuals who stepped up and saved the family unit by deciding to not only care for themselves but also for the children in their family.
These are the heroes of 300 Letters & the backbones of families that have been divided by Incarceration. The purpose of this program is to connect caregivers to resources and support while adapting to their roles as primary caregivers of children with incarcerated parents. This role may be very new and needs understanding, listening and connection to be able to provide children with the emotional support and attention they need. Our mission at 300 Letters is to treat incarceration as a family affair, so this program is critical to our mission.
