Not all heroes wear capes.

Some call the doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors and hospice volunteers their "heroes" for the care they provided to a loved one at the end-of-life. Providing hospice care is special work that few are called to do and donations from the community help make this care possible right here in Pasco County.

The Women for Gulfside invite you to recognize our local Hospice Heroes

on Tuesday, Oct. 3 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

at  the Plantation Palms Golf Club in Land O' Lakes.

This hope-filled breakfast will honor Gulfside Hospice staff and volunteers whose selfless commitment has made a resounding difference in the lives of Gulfside Hospice's patients and families. Each table will honor a Hospice Hero selected for their extraordinary, compassionate care of local hospice patients. You may also choose to honor a specific Hospice Hero (Gulfside staff member or volunteer) that took care of your loved one by purchasing a table.

All proceeds raised by this inaugural, signature fundraising event hosted by the Women for Gulfside will be used to provide patient care and bereavement services for Gulfside Hospice patients and families, ensuring that no patient is turned away because of an inability to pay.

Join us in thanking our generous sponsors!
