Scholarship Dedication Donation Form

We thank you for your interest in establishing a dedicated scholarship under the UC Berkeley Chicanx Latinx Alumni Association (CLAA). CLAA allows for alumni, family and friends to donate to our scholarship fund and dedicate the scholarship to a cause or loved one by funding and naming it. All scholarship dedications must be a minimum of $1000 in addition to a 10% administrative fee to the scholarship donation. Donors who do not wish to dedicate a scholarship and simply want to donate to our overall scholarship fund, may visit our website and click the donate button. 

To participate in this current cycle, you must submit your donation amount by August 31st of the current year in order to ensure that selections and funds are earmarked in time for the scholarship awards ceremony. All donations made after August 31st of the current year will be awarded in the following year's scholarship cycle.
