The Pet Food Pantry serves the dogs & cats of Hendricks County residents. Pet Food Pantry program 1) is only for Hendricks County residents; 2) supplements pet food for up to 4 dogs & 4 cats per household; 3) is meant to be for short term assistance, if needed beyond 6 months will be reviewed on individual basis; 4) participant agrees to not add new pets to household; 5) requires all pets be spayed or neutered (proof provided if already fixed) or we will help with those needing to be spayed or neutered. Participants are required to come in person, show proof of Hendricks County residence and provide pets' spay/neuter status at time of sign up. Once approved participants may request food once every 30 days. Please fill out this registration form if you need to sign up for the Pet Food Pantry Program. You will be contacted to review the requirements.
For approved participants, starting April 1st, Pet Food Pantry pick up will be from 1-5 pm. If you cannot pick your food up between those hours, please call the office at 317-745-3338. Pet food requests will be available on the porch or inside our building (3033 E. Main St, Danville, IN). We will confirm your request by phone. Requests made after Monday will be filled the next week. Pet Food Pantry participants are required to show proof of Hendricks County residence and may request food once every 30 days. If you do not see your order on the porch, knock on the door for assistance.
