This new program will help Colorado adults and youth by removing visible, anti-social, and traumatic tattoos with laser tattoo removal treatment. These tattoos create social barriers to employment, economic growth, and well-being. Examples are tattoos on hands, face, or neck, gang-related tattoos, anti-social cultural tattoos, human trafficking tattoos, and trauma tattoos.
