Learn how to recognize and manage conflict in this interactive workshop. Gain a deeper understanding of what causes conflict, how the brain responds, and ways to express yourself effectively while experiencing conflict.
Over the course of this series, we will address conflict theory, owning your feelings/needs, understanding perspectives, social-emotional awareness, speaking to be heard, addressing bullying/difficult people, and collaborative problem-solving. You will walk away from each session with a better understanding of how to effectively navigate tricky situations.
Workshops are held from 2:30-3:45 on the last Tuesday of each month.
*Attendance in all workshops is recommended but not required.
All sessions are offered at no cost to the participant thanks to funding through the Health Hub, MD Judiciary, and donations from community members like you.
