Tournament Agenda:
Friday, January 27th - River Wilderness
12:30pm: Scramble with Members practice round shotgun start!
6:30pm-9:00pm: Welcome Reception - Food and cash bar.
Saturday, January 28th - 1st round. River Wilderness
9:00am: One-Arm Golf Swing Instruction & Jr Clinic
10:00am: Tee Times Start. Lunch provided at turn.
Sunday, January 29th - 2nd round. River Wilderness
8:00am: Shotgun Start. Awards Ceremony & Lunch following round.
* NAOAGA Hospitality room in the evenings, Friday - Sunday.
Tournament Format: 36 Holes of stroke play!
Getchell Division (Unassisted): One hand only touching club or other body part for any golf stroke.
Fullgraf Division (Assisted): Use of anything other than one hand touching club or other body part for any golf stroke.
Sanders Division (Net): Assisted & Unassisted players can play in this division. USGA handicap applies.
Players must have an Official GHIN or Official State handicap to qualify for championship and Fightmaster Cup points in the Sanders Division.
(If player does not have official verified USGA or Official State handicap, they are welcome to play but will not qualify for championship or Fightmaster Cup points.)
Jr Division: Under 18 – All Jr’s, unassisted and assisted are welcome!
Registration Fee: $100 includes scramble with member, 36 hole of tournament golf and three meals.
Guest Fee: $60 includes Welcome Reception and meals on Saturday & Sunday.
Guest Friday Golf Scramble Fee: $50 scramble with member!
Register as a Fundraiser: $0 If you already have a credit with NAOAGA or plan to fundraise for the fee, select this registration option!
WR4GD Reporting: NAOAGA has requested and received approval for the 2023 Winter Regional to be a Counting Event for the World Ranking 4 Golfers with Disability (WR4GD). Members who would like their results to be reported to the system need to notify us prior to teeing off on Saturday and play under the following rules: Must have a WR4GD Pass! Must have an official Handicap Index of 18.4 or less! Maximum Score CAN NOT be used! Play under The R&A/USGA Rules of Golf (Local Rules NAOAGA might institute for tournament play will not apply) If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact Dan Aldrich. USAGR Reporting: NAOAGA will be reporting all scores to the United States Adaptive Golf Alliance (USAGA) for inclusion in the United States Adaptive Golf Ranking (USAGR) There is nothing you need to do for this, we will report all scores into the system for all players.
