Capitol Ride 2023

A 325+ Mile Advocacy Journey for Cancer Research & Patient Services Funding

Rider Option 1 - Single Room, No Sharing: $775.00 Participation Fee, Per Person
A $100.00 (NONREFUNDABLE) registration fee is due at the time of registration and will be applied to your total balance due. The remaining $675.00 balance will be due by the day of the ride to participate. Additional fundraising above and beyond the minimum is highly encouraged to support the mission of Cure on Wheels for the Tampa Bay Area.

Rider Option 2 - Shared Room with Another Rider: $595.00 Participation Fee, Per Person
A $100.00 (NONREFUNDABLE) registration fee is due at the time of registration and will be applied to your total balance due. The remaining $495.00 balance will be due by the day of the ride to participate. You must have a predetermined roommate for this option. Additional fundraising above and beyond the minimum is highly encouraged to support the mission of Cure on Wheels for the Tampa Bay Area.

Ride Schedule, Locations & Lodging:

DAY 1 - Sunday, March 19, 2023 (TIME TBD) - 96.4 Miles

We will leave The Moffitt Cancer Center and ride to Ocala, staying at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott.

DAY 2 - Monday, March 20, 2023 - 107.4 Miles

We will ride from Ocala to Lake City, staying at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott.

DAY 3 - Tuesday, March 21, 2023 - 104.1 Miles

We will ride from Lake City to Tallahassee, staying at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott.

DAY 4 - Wednesday, March 22, 2023 - 5.8 Miles

Short trip to the steps of the Capitol with LOTS OF HILLS!

Participation Fee Includes:

• Official Capitol Ride 2023 jersey (VIEW SIZE CHART)
• Luxurious accommodations for 3 nights at a Fairfield Inn by Marriott
  
• 3 days of breakfast & lunch
• 2 nights of dinners catered to the hotels
• Moffitt Day Celebration at the Capitol
• Full SAG support with comprehensive nutrition and hydration during the ride
  
• Parking at Moffitt Cancer Center during the ride
• Box truck to carry your gear and bicycle (including back to Moffitt on return trip)
  
• Motorcoach transportation back to Moffitt Cancer Center after the ride
