We are ramping up for our 2023 launch of our Alameda County Pilot. Our passing of Cal-ID legislation in 2021 opened the door to people with long sentences getting Cal-IDs before they leave prison. Our pilot maximizes this opportunity and adds support for a successful transition home.

Pilot participants will receive individualized support, help to get their Cal-IDs, and our reentry workbook, “Hit the Ground Running,” to prepare them for community living that includes the incredible wisdom of those who have successfully transitioned before them.
