PA AAP 2023 Pediatric Conference

Invitation to Exhibit

We are very excited to inform you that the PA Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics will host its statewide Pediatric CME Conference from Saturday, March 11 through Sunday, March 12 at the Renaissance Allentown Hotel! The 2023 Pediatric Conference represents an opportunity for pediatricians and other allied health professionals from across the state to come together to learn and network with one another. We have a very exciting agenda, featuring presentations and panels on timely topics,  including clinical updates, adolescent and reproductive health, avoiding physician burnout, psychopharmacology, autism diagnosis and treatment, and more! We would like to invite you to serve as an exhibitor or sponsor at the 2023 Pediatric Conference. We look forward to facilitating a thought-provoking day filled with opportunities for education and connection in-person—at last! We believe exhibitors are essential to ensuring that our conference fulfills registrants’ resource and information interests. The 2023 Pediatric Conference Exhibitor and Sponsor Prospectus (see here), outlines the package options—whether you’d like to join us through our Gold, Silver, Bronze packages. 

By registering online, your organization agrees to the terms in the Exhibitor Agreement Form, and will return a signed copy to Aubrey D'Angelo at [email protected] by Monday, February 27, 2023. Upon approval, the PA AAP will generate a detailed confirmation letter, which will include the important details needed to plan for the event. Payment is due in full by Monday, March 6, 2023.

Should an exhibitor need to cancel their exhibit agreement for this event, please contact the PA Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics by the close of business on Monday, March 6, 2023. Cancellations by this date are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee. No refund after this date. No-show and early departures will not receive a refund. 

PA AAP is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all conference attendees. All registered meeting participants, Chapter staff, vendors, and guests are encouraged to mask during indoor conference meetings when not actively eating or drinking, and will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
