* Note that you need to put in the dates 23 to 26 March and then under "Rate Preference" ensure the VAW code appear, and place your cursor and hit return.  

* Register for each event below that you want to attend using the shopping cart.  If you desire transportation to an event away from the Holiday Inn, there is a selection in that event's registration for transportation. After registering for the events you want to attend, clique the cart and check out..

* Note: During the reunion there will be events that take place onboard NAS Pensacola - the golf tournament, base tour to the VT squadron/static display aircraft/National Naval Aviation Museum and the banquet at the museum. There are security requirements for getting onboard the base. A DoD ID (active/retired/spouse ID card or a CAC card) is required for entry. If you do not have a DoD ID but are in a vehicle with someone who does and present a government ID (driver’s license, passport) you will be allowed on base.

If you do not have a DoD ID and anticipate driving onto the base without someone with a DoD ID accompanying you please notify us at [email protected] so we can have you fill out the required form and place you on a list we have to submit to base security.

* Note: in total orders include a $25 admin charge that covers office materials, posters, advertising and other expenses. This charge is a one time charge for all events you register for. Please note that if you complete an order and later register for another event, an additional $25 admin charge will be incurred. This will be labeled "Shipping" on check-out.

* Thursday night, in addition to Phineas Phogg for those who are interested, it may also be an evening to hold squadron get togethers or for groups to get together and go to dinner.

* Registration ends March 16, 2023

* No refunds after February 23, 2023. Refunds prior to this date will not include the processing fee. Refunds after February 23 will be considered based upon the circumstances.
