For Oak Cliffmas Skate Party 2022

For Oak Cliff is hosting our annual For Oak Cliffmas Skate Party on December 16th for 100 kids in our community! Kids of all ages will join us for a free skate party with toy giveaways, music, and free food! Families who are part of our existing programs and attend school's in our superblock are invited to the For Oak Cliffmas Skate Party.

VOLUNTEER SHIFT & DUTIES:

1) Friday, December 16th - 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm

- We will start the shift at For Oak Cliff (907 E. Ledbetter Drive) and begin loading toys into the U-Haul. Then, we'll follow the U-Haul to Southern Skates (2939 E. Ledbetter Drive) and unload the U-haul, set-up, etc. Tasks include:

• unloading/loading truck of toys (all hands on deck)
• toy distribution (groups will receive assignment day-of)
• chaperoning kids (skating required here)
• food distribution (groups will receive assignment day-of)
• registration (groups will receive assignment day-of)
• skate distribution (groups will receive assignment day-of)
• monitoring skating rink (groups will receive assignment day-of)
