DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FEBRUARY 10, 2023
IMPORTANT
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT YOU ARE AN APPROVED VENDOR.
TO APPLY TO VEND, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE VENDOR APPLICATION.
Vendors will be asked to donate a product or service for the silent auction.
Vendor fee is $150
This covers the vendor fee for all shifts.
Vendors may set up starts 1 hour before shift begins and ends when the shift starts.
Options
(Entire day) of conference 8am til 10pm (14 hrs)
Session 1-Before and During Conference kickoff and Workshops, before Gala begins -(considered full day) Saturday 8am-4pm (7 1/2 hrs.)
Session 2-Before and During the Gala and end of comedy show, Saturday 4:00 pm - 10pm (6hrs)
Session 3-Before and During the Comedy Show and Old School Pajama Party, Saturday 6pm-Midnight (6 hours).
Vendor Fees
Vendors are allowed to bring a helper as this is a LONG event and you may need to take breaks.
Vendor fee includes one table and 2 chairs.
Black Women Vendors receive a 20% discount on Power Her Conference Tickets using code: BWO20 at checkout.
Regular Full Day Vendor Fee is $150.00 - Covers all shifts, includes 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 t-shirt and refreshments for vendor and helper.
Regular Vendor fee for session 1 only $150.00(EB-$125)- includes a table and 2 chairs, refreshments and helper.
Regular Vendor fee for session 2 only $150.00 (EB-$125) - includes a table and 2 chairs.
Evening ONLY Vendor fee for session 3 only $75- includes a table and 2 chairs.
