PLEASE REMEMBER -- Bring proof of prior rabies vaccination to receive the three year vaccine.
Register each pet separately, maximum of 5 pets.
PLEASE KEEP PETS IN VEHICLE! We will come to you!
Bring a copy (on your phone or printed) of your receipt as proof of registration.
2025 Floyd County Dog Tags will also be available for purchase!
