Dear Friends and Family,
I am serving because as a teenager, I learned the value of mission trips with my church. The missions were small, but helped the elderly with their homes after hurricanes. My husband & I have helped through our church with our kids on youth mission trips.
As a nurse working as a CVOR nurse, I have always loved my job. The ability to collide these two, my profession & mission is just exciting & rewarding to me.
As I type this I don't really think these words capture the true feeling I felt, when my boss Kellie Paul told me she was coming, & invited me to sign up!
