The Nokota Horse Conservancy maintains the Breed Registry for the Nokota horse. 

Payment for Foal Reports, Registration Papers and Stallion Reports are accepted here.

Please complete your request forms and mail them to our registrar, available on the Breed Registry page on our website.

First year foal reports are issued for colts and fillies up to one year old as of July 1
