Miracles can happen to you too....

Our annual basket auction will take place on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024 at the VFW in Manville.  Please pre-order your tickets and raffles for ease of check-in.  We spent many hours planning how to make our event both fun and safe. Everyone must choose an entrance option first, then select your raffle ticket option.  


Our first change includes a virtual option.  For $50 you can purchase an $80 value pack of tickets.  We will email a copy of your numbers so you can watch our drawing and see what baskets you win.  You will not be able to choose the baskets we drop the tickets in.  It will be a surprise.  You can then either pick up your winnings during our pick up times on Sunday or contact us to make special arrangements later in the week. 


Your next option is to choose a time slot to drop off your tickets. We will be offering staggered start times with a time limit to stop in and drop your tickets into the baskets you want to win.  Your time slot is $10 and includes one (1) sheet of level one/white level tickets.  Your entrance ticket does not include seating.  This is a drop off only.   Once you select a time slot, you can purchase extra raffle tickets by reselecting the Registration/Ticket Button, then check out.  Pre-purchased tickets are up to 25% off.


Please look carefully at our start time options.  Each start time has limited quantities available. 


Join us for a fun evening.  Choose our VIP entrance slot of 4pm and get the true VIP experience.  For $75 you will get an hour of early ticket drop time, reserved seating, 1 white and 1 golden ticket, a swag bag and 1 unique ticket which enters you in an exclusive raffle with a chance to win 5 special prizes valued over $100 each.   Limited spots available.   If you wish to sit with someone you did not register with, you need to let us know ahead of time.  All seats will be assigned.


General Admission,   Reserved seating for those who choose the 5pm start time.  If you are sitting with someone you did not register with, we need to know ahead of time, all seats will be assigned.  The price will be $40 for the 5pm seating and includes 1 sheet of level one/white level tickets. Light refreshments will be available. You can bring your own food and beverages.  If the state mandates any changes we will adapt and may either add more seats or provide refunds accordingly.  


Pre-purchase extra raffle tickets today and save time the day of the event.  Select the Registration/Ticket button after you select a time.  All of your tickets will be registered to your name.  Our drawing will be broadcast live on facebook and our website and all of the numbers will be posted on our website.  We will know who won each basket and if you miss the drawing you can check our website.  IF you have technical difficulties will contact you and make sure you receive your prize. We will send out the program with the basket list ahead of time so you can plan which baskets you wish to drop your tickets into.  If you are signing up additional guests, please provide their emails to enable us to communicate updates with them.  


For those who will be dropping tickets only, Prize pick up will be Sunday Feb. 25, 20243, from 11-1pm.  If you win more than one prize we will have all of your baskets together.  We can not accommodate anyone who is not sitting during our event picking up winnings until Sunday at the earlist. If Sunday is difficult, we can make arrangments for pick up later in the week.  Please understand the amount of time and work it takes to coordinate thiss event.  Thank you.   You must have ID or ticket in your possesion to collect baskets.
