Dylan

Please help Dylan and his family


Dylan age 15 diagnosed with VHR Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). He has relapsed and is currently hospitalized for 2-3 months to have a bone marrow transplant. Single mom raising five children. Mother had to take a leave of absence from work to help Dylan and all his doctor appointments. The foundation is helping them under the Medical and Home Assistance Program. Please help Dylan and his family as they are going through this stressful time once again.
