This special event will celebrate the venerable Justice Edward Chávez and his advocacy of civil legal aid in our community. Marking the start of Equal Access to Justice’s 35th anniversary, this gathering of legal aid leaders, supporters and visionaries will be a rare opportunity to learn about the roots of legal aid in New Mexico. It will be a memorable morning gathering of old friends and new partners, joining together to hear from and celebrate a bastion of justice. Attendees will enjoy the opportunity to re-connect and be inspired to participate in the future of civil legal aid.
