Join us for an empowering and transformative event - Suited for Growth Series!

A day filled with inspiration, learning, and connections that will set you on the path to success

On Saturday, September 30th, 2023 Bay Path University will host 30 high school girls (or 8th grade) from the Springfield community for an experience that will include exposure to higher education (Bay Path University), career development, and mentorship.

This community event, titled "Suited for Growth,"  will be hosted and co-sponsored by Bay Path University, Follow My Steps.

Dress for Success of Western Mass is one of the community partners, as they will provide young women with professional attire.

Nourishing Breakfast: Kickstart your day with a delightful and nutritious breakfast, setting the tone for an empowering experience ahead.

Campus Tour: Embark on a captivating tour of Bay Path University's esteemed campus,

where you'll get a glimpse into the endless possibilities that lie ahead in your educational journey,

Engage with Current Students: Connect with current students who can share valuable insights and answer any questions you may have about college life.

Wisdom from Accomplished Professionals: Hear from accomplished female professionals who will share invaluable wisdom on topics they wish they had known during their high school years.

Emphasis on Self-Confidence: Learn the importance of believing in yourself and building self-confidence, key ingredients for success.

Networking Skills: Discover the art of networking and how it can open doors to exciting opportunities.

Personal Presentation: Understand the significance of presenting yourself with grace and professionalism, essential skills for the journey ahead. At the end of the day you'll receive an official certificate in our graduation event!
