Holiday Kids & Crafts Fair, A Community Event 2023

Fundraiser for Changing Children's Worlds Foundation!

Activities

On Saturday, November 11th, CCWF will hold its third “Kids and Crafts Fair”; A Community Event, at the Baker Center in St. Charles from 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM.

For Kids

Superhero Capes, Masks, Coloring Table, Green Screen Photos, Holiday Cards, Bookmarks

Children, youth and their families will enjoy a variety of arts, crafts, games and even creative opportunities (karaoke/adventure photos) that will help them express themselves - and learn how to do “recycled craft projects” in the future to continue their self-expression in positive ways. They will get a superhero cape, have the chance to design their own mask and crown, take a picture with their favorite hero on the green screen, and sing some tunes at the karaoke station.

For Families

Holiday Family Portraits, Storytelling, Book Sale, Silent Auction & Raffle

Parents will be invited to support their children in learning, play and having fun together on this special day. There will be games and rocket building for those who want to get in on the action, while others can enjoy coloring, listening to stories, or creating their own puppet or jewelry.

We will offer popcorn and some dry snacks. Amazing raffle baskets will round out the event!

Previous Editions

In 2021, we hosted the first edition of this event, and it was a big success! The kids loved being superheroes for a day and the dynamic activities offered. Parents enjoyed having fun and spending time with their children as they also learned new crafts and games for the future.
