This six week series is about learning how to move your body using
the framework of yoga. We will begin with the basics of gentle
movement and flow, using everything to make it as comfortable
and pain free as is possible. Chairs, mats, and props will be
provided. This is a covid safe environment, masks are preferred.
Wheelchair accessible drop off zone and underground parking.
Registration email gives full parking details. Scent-free
environment with natural lighting, overhead lighting will be used during dark hours.

Yoga Accessible for All (YAFA) is a non-profit organization, whose mission it is to help
anyone who wants to experience the universal benefits of yoga find a class that meets
them where they are at. YAFA is offering this series at a discounted rate of $30 for the
series, with scholarships available. Teacher Angela Tolsma (she/her) is a queer,
immigrant, white woman in a heteronormative appearing relationship, who fell in love
with yoga at a time when she needed to reconnect with her body. She has 500hr YTT
training and the goal of working with those not typically included in a western yoga
