SCHOLARSHIP Opportunities:

aSTEAM Village does not currently have scholarships available, however, we are often approached by companies looking to provide summer camp scholarships to students and families that are either on Free & Reduced Lunch Program or meet the 125% or below the poverty guideline threshold as set by the Department of Health and Human Services.

If your child is on Free & Reduced Lunch, lives in HUD assisted or public housing, or your family would meet the DHHS Poverty Guidelines in the chart below, please select "Scholarship Assistance Requested" during checkout.

Scholarship Assistance Requested

If your child is on a Free & Reduced Lunch Program, your family lives in HUD assisted or public housing, or if your family meets the DHHS 125% or below the poverty line threshold you can be eligible for scholarships if they become available.

Select this option to be put on the list of requested scholarships because your child and family qualify based on the criteria listed above.

Free Reduced Lunch and HUD Assistance

aSTEAM Village is very dependent on grants, sponsors and fundraising to provide programs, trips and opportunities for the students in the program.

We are also a HUD EnVision Center lead for both Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas.

With such being the case, we are now forced to collect some data about student participation in Free and Reduce Lunch at their school and if the students' family receives any U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) assistance by receiving housing vouchers or living in public housing.

Your responses are anonymous, and we will only share the cumulative results of this survey in response to grant applications or grant reports.

Thank you so much for helping us to find funding to continue to support and grow the number of students served by aSTEAM Village.
