Leigh Winter Sports Screening 10-26-23

We are currently full for this screening,

if your student needs to be screened for Winter Sports, they can come to our community screening on Saturday 10/28 at the Campbell Community Center (Orchard City Banquet Room) 9am-4pm we will be taking walk ins or can sign up on our website https://www.kylejtaylor.org/screenings.html#/

This is a heart screening for CUHSD Winter Sports athletes only. 

If your student is playing Spring sport we will have heart screenings for those athletes and that will be in January time frame.  Your school will communicate out the registration information for those when it comes available.

Here are some details when registering your athlete.

• The "Your Details" information should be the parents information and "Participant information" is the student athlete information. 
• Please do not use your child's CUHSD email when registering as those get blocked when trying to communicate with you.
• Please provide email that you want your child's heart screening results to be emailed to, which will be done 2-3 weeks after screening
