The Lucky Few Fall Festival 2023
Happy Fall Y'all!
It's time for our 2nd annual Lucky Few Fall Festival!
The time of year where you get to celebrate Down syndrome, while enjoying the crisp fall air at Ferrari Farms after a fun night of a screening of Where Hope Grows at the Joe Crowly Student Union.
Oh... and did we mention you can meet Hollywood celebrities Kristoffer Polaha (Who is not only known for being the King of Hallmark, but has had roles in Wonder Woman 1984, Jurassic World Dominion and has a new feature film coming out, The Shift), and David DeSanctis (Where Hope Grows, Color My World with Love, These Stones).
This year is going to have more fun attractions to enjoy!
We have 2 seperate events:
Friday, Oct. 20th: 6-9p:
A private screening of Where Hope Grows - featuring a Q&A with Kristoffer and David
Saturday, Oct. 21st: 10a-3p:
A Day at Ferrari Farms - crafts, vendors, lunch (included), dunk tank (NEW!), corn maze, hay ride, and time to meet Kristoffer and David
NEW: Optional Peer to Peer Fundraising
What is Peer to Peer Fundraising?
Peer-to-peer fundraising is a fundraising strategy in which individual supporters host personal campaigns to collect donations from their friends, family, and colleagues on an organization's behalf.
What does this mean?
Anyone can sign up to be a Peer Fundraiser to support the DSNNN.
-Create a team page (you are the team captian) that you can send out to your friends, family, neighbors, schools etc. to ask them to monitarily support the DSNNN.
-All funds go directly to supporting families who have children with Down syndrome.
-This is completely seperate from our admission to The Fall Festival. This is simply a way to collaborate to support the DSNNN and compete to see who can raise the most!
-The team captian who raises the most will win a Chromebook!
