SHOPPERS! Looking for something "new to you"? June 10 is the day to go treasure-hunting! FREE MAPS are available online the day of the event, or printed versions available at HFA for $2.

VENDORS! It's now Spring Cleaning time! Why not set aside what you don't want and turn it into some extra cash? Become a vendor at the 12th Town-Wide Tag Sale! Just $12 will put you on the map to increase your visibility. Some vendors choose to be open on Sunday too!

Want to join our Town-Wide Tag Sale?

For a listing fee of $12, we will put YOUR address on the MAP of Brimfield addresses. How to join:

• Complete the application form below or register online

• Include a list of types of items that “make your stop unique” in 65 characters or less on the form below and it will be included in a sheet handed out on the morning of the tag sale.

• Pay online at www.hitchcockacademy.org or make check for $12 payable to Hitchcock Free Academy, and mail or drop it off at:

• Your “Stop #” sign will correlate to your address marked on the map. It will be available for you to pick up your sign when you pay your registration fee at Hitchcock Academy .

• Before June 4th, post your “Stop #” sign on your mailbox or a prominent location near the street, for tag sale buyers to find you. We encourage you to put up additional signs and parking directions. If you wish to continue your tag sale on Sunday, let us know, we will mark it on the map. HFA for $2.

• Help market the tag sale by Sharing our Facebook event posting, forward event emails to friends, submit your tag sale to Craig’s list or any other activity and help spread the word about this town-wide event. Everyone benefits.

• Listing registrations must be RECEIVED BY Monday, June 5, by 5 PM in order to be on the map. Late registrants will receive a sign but not be on the map. “Brimfield Town-Wide Tag Sale” maps will list types of items sold at different stops.

We are also offering on-site spaces for vendors! Approximately a 20 x 25 foot space - $25.
