Event Volunteer Application
There are many ways to volunteer!
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Project ECHO! There are many ways to participate with our upcoming event!
Snack Table volunteers be responsible for setting up the table, displaying snacks, completing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized area throughout the event.
Registration table volunteers will greet volunteers, students, hand out packets to teachers, answer questions from guests, and serve as Project ECHO Ambassadors. Volunteers will be asked to mingle around the event to answer questions and to ensure teens and guests are acting respectably.
Lunchtime volunteers will assist with the In N Out food truck, make sure uninvited guests don't hop in line, and makes sure all of our guest have their lunch ticket. Lunch volunteers will also help with the Judges' lunches.
