Event Volunteer Application
There are many ways to volunteer!
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Project ECHO!
Set-up volunteers will help set up registration tables, ensure facility is clean and ready for guests, help with event signage from parking garage to event location.
Registration table volunteers will greet students, hand out packets to teachers, answer questions of guests, and serve as Project ECHO Ambassadors. Volunteers will be asked to mingle around the event to ensure everyone is having a good time and acting respectably.
Lunch time volunteers will collect lunch tickets and allow participants to grab a boxed lunch and a bottle of water. Volunteers will also ensure the trash is taken care of and will replace garbage bags as needed.
Clean-up volunteers will help ECHO break down registration area, load boxes into vehicles, walk through event location and ensure we're returning the site cleaner than we found it.
