Join this special virtual event for working parents/caregivers to learn simple mindfulness habits that can be applied at both work and home. Research shows that 66% of working parents are facing parental burnout due to hectic mental loads and continued stress of caregiving and work pressures.
During our workshop, we will learn a few stress-relieving mindfulness techniques that can be immediately applied to bring more focus and grounding in the midst of busy working parent lives.
