Ladies 18 and over who has a desire to learn how to journal or just need accountability to stay committed are welcome to join.

Our 1st meetup is May 20th, 2-4 @ the Courtyard (outside common area) at Libbie Mill Library Richmond, VA (zoom available for those out of state), where I will teach journaling and explain the details of ABLE Journal Therapy.
