CUHSD Athlete Heart Screening @ Westmont 7-31-23

Registration for the Westmont Screening on 7/31 is now closed. 

If you need to get your student screened please register them at one of our other CUHSD screenings.

Here are some details when registering your athlete.

• The "Your Details" information should be the parents information and "Participant information" is the student athlete information. 
• Please do not use your child's CUHSD email when registering as those get blocked when trying to communicate with you.
• Please provide email that you want your child's heart screening results to be emailed to, which will be done 2-3 weeks after screening
