2023 Buddy Walk Resource Fair Vendor Sign-up
Serving families of the Down syndrome community!
Welcome to the DSAGC Buddy Walk 2023 Resource Fair. You have been invited to The Buddy Walk as a Resource Vendor. As a Resource Fair vendor, you will be providing information, exhibits, skills/talent- whatever your preference- to the families and participants with Down Syndrome and other disabilities.
It is suggested that you have signage/banner to make it clear what organization you are representing. As a reminder, that as a resource you are promoting your organization and will be providing important information as a Community Partner of the DSAGC.
The resource fair set up will be within the Ballparks Concourse walkway at gate 3. At the Beginning and end of the "Walk", we ask that you all cheer on the teams as they enter through the starting line (pom poms will be provided)
Tents and Tables will not be provided. Each Vendor must provide their own tent and table unless you are also sponsoring the Buddy Walk (See link HERE for more information or reach out to me if you are interested in sponsoring).
Please plan to arrive by 9am on October 22nd to set up prior to the start of the event. The festivities begin at 10am.
Parking and event logistics will be communicated at a later date.

Bienvenido a la Feria de Recursos DSAGC Buddy Walk 2023. Has sido invitado a The Buddy Walk como proveedor de recursos. Como proveedor de la Feria de Recursos, proporcionará información, exhibiciones, habilidades / talento, cualquiera que sea su preferencia, a las familias y participantes con síndrome de Down y otras discapacidades.
Se sugiere que tenga señalización / pancarta para dejar en claro a qué organización está representando. Como recordatorio, que como recurso está promoviendo su organización y proporcionará información importante como socio comunitario del DSAGC.
La feria de recursos establecida estará dentro de la pasarela Ballparks Concourse en la puerta 3. Al principio y al final de la "Caminata", les pedimos a todos que animen a los equipos cuando entren por la línea de salida (se proporcionarán pompones)
No se proporcionarán carpas ni mesas. Cada vendedor debe proporcionar su propia carpa y mesa, a menos que también esté patrocinando el Buddy Walk (consulte el enlace AQUÍ para obtener más información o comuníquese conmigo si está interesado en patrocinar).
Por favor, planee llegar antes de las 9 am del 22 de octubre para prepararse antes del inicio del evento. Las festividades comienzan a las 10am.
