At our sports center, we believe that every individual is unique and requires a personalized approach to achieve their optimal performance. That's why we incorporate holistic therapy as part of our approach for our para-athletes. Holistic therapy is an alternative approach that aims to treat the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. We understand that para-athletes face unique challenges and physical limitations, which is why we tailor our holistic therapy to cater to their individual needs.

Through interaction and connection with our para-athletes, watching a wheelchair basketball game, swim training, wheelchair tennis, or wheelchair table tennis match among other competitions and training, your visit promises to be inspiring at every turn.  We are committed to building a community of inclusion so that every athlete can reach their true potential.
