How does it affect us? What can we do in response? De-escalation skills are a critical tool in helping guide people out of crisis and back into a calm, rational state, so that you and others can safely get back to a place of calm.

With a focus on interactive exercises and practice in groups, this two-hour training will give you the communication tools necessary to verbally de-escalate nearly any situation.
