For a long time, Bombardopolis only offered primary education. Graduating from 6th grade was a significant milestone for the community, as it marked the end of formal schooling. Fortunately, Papa Francois, the founder of the school, along with other educators, recognized the importance of providing further education. Thanks to their efforts, College Evangelique Baptiste Emmanuel later implemented a high school program. The primary school graduation ceremony remains a major event in Bombardopolis, celebrated and anticipated by many.
However, our primary school is in urgent need of mentoring and financial support. We are currently underperforming compared to other primary schools in the region. The building housing our primary classrooms did not pass inspection last school year, and significant repairs and improvements are necessary to create a safe, soundproof, and productive learning environment. Our teachers face challenges with behavior management due to large class sizes, and many families struggle to provide their children with essential supplies, books, and shoes.
We welcome your prayers and assistance as we strive to improve education at College Evangelique Baptiste Emmanuel's primary school.
