The urgency and necessity of this program stem from a long-standing underrepresentation of Black and Brown creative professionals in the arts, media, and entertainment industries and the immense untapped potential within these communities.

Every year we not only empower young BIPOC creatives but we highlight the visionary leaders across the nation who use their creative gifts and unique talents to inspire the world.
