2023 is a milestone year for the 4A’s Foundation as we celebrate the impact, legacy and 50th anniversary of our flagship program, MAIP (the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program). We hope you will join our #NEXT50 initiative as we continue our mission of identifying, developing, empowering, and ensuring the most diverse talent enters and succeeds in the marketing industry. Our robust initiatives and programs equip and cultivate talent across their educational and professional career journey: Education (High Schools), Dear Black Talent, MAIP Fellowship and Alumni, Scholarships, Spotify Pulse, and Vanguard.  The MAIP Alumni Association of over 4,300+ professionals is the largest diverse community in the industry. We have prepared more than 1,000 diverse high school students for careers in Marketing; and provided over $3.5 million dollars in awards, grants, and scholarships to deserving students studying advertising, marketing, media, creative arts and public relations.
