Change Me Foundation’s Purpose

Change Me Foundation is dedicated to changing the future of our communities by creating empowering opportunities for individuals to grow to their full potential. Our organization believes that all individuals and families have a right to be respected despite their beliefs, preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds. We believe that all individuals and families have unique needs that require unique services. Change Me Foundation embraces the concept of family as a whole and focuses upon their strengths instead of their challenges. In addition, we view individuals as the primary decision-makers for their own care and well-being and support them by providing accurate and complete information to empower individual decision making. From this focal point, Change Me Foundation believes that providers must partner with individuals of all ages and their families by sharing power, resources, authority, responsibility, and control.

Change Me Foundation’s Plan Forward

Our vision is for a safer, stronger, and more cohesive community where opportunities for self-development and growth are accessible for all members of our community. Therefore, we plan to improve the quality of life for the residents within our community. Through providing community services, relief resources, and mentorship programs without financial barriers, building a culture where members belong and are comfortable growing at their own pace, and enhancing lives by creating areas of welcoming support and confidence, we intend to play a vital role in our community's growth and development. Currently, our foundation has been granted ample opportunities to provide mentorship to county youth, access to internships with top ranking businesses, and supportive wrap around services to high-risk families in the Broward County area.
