The PlantDiego team is happy to announce we will be hosting Dr. Michael Greger of NutritionFacts.org on June 9th at UCSD from 1:00-3:00 PM. His latest book is “How Not to Age” (click for book purchase options). Included, will be a Plant-Based Food Sampling from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. This event will be free to all attendees so we hope you can invite your veg-curious friends and family to learn about the anti-aging benefits of a whole food, plant based way of eating.
