The beloved Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture (FPAC) returns to its roots at Point Fermin Park in San Pedro for its momentous 30th anniversary. This year's theme, Ang Pagbabalik (The Homecoming), signifies a cherished reunion as FPAC, the longest-running Filipino American arts and culture festival in Southern California, returns to its original location.
