Henry Harris Ellison Scholarship

The Henry, Harris, Ellison Educational Scholarship aims to empower and support underserved students in their pursuit of higher education. Joya Henry-Chisum, Phyllis Harris and Linda Ellison all recognized the immense potential within underrepresented communities and believed that every individual deserves an equal chance to excel academically and professionally. Educators in their own right, these three women stressed the importance of education for their children and grandchildren. This scholarship seeks to support and inspire the next generation of learners to pursue their educational aspirations in order to change the trajectory of a deserving student and his or her future generations.
