The 12th Annual NVTHS Foundation Craft Fair on Saturday, November 23, 2024
A Few Notes for Craft Vendors - IMPORTANT!
- Please read and fill out your registration carefully and completely.
- If you need electricity during the event, please indicate accordingly
(not all booths are set up directly next to an outlet) - Please list what you are selling clearly so we can place you away from similar products.
- If you will be selling food items, a Westford Board of Health Permit MUST be provided.
- For returning vendors, if you would like to request a particular booth, indicate this as well, and we will try to accommodate you.
- Disclaimer: If you are part of a commercial or home-based business we may only accept one vendor from your company. If there is already a vendor from your company, we will contact you and refund your registration.
- We kindly request that each vendor donate a quality craft item for our NVTHS Foundation raffle table. Proceeds benefit the students of Nashoba Valley Technical High School. Thank you!
- Check-in and Set-up is from 8-9:30 am.
- About a month prior to the event we will email you an informational flyer to share on social media so your shoppers know where to find you.
- Instructions for the event day will be emailed one week before the Fair.
- This event is a FREE entry for shoppers!
- A QR code will be on our map this year that will link to your social media or website, whichever you provide.
- After the craft fair we will share links to your website or social media on our web page.
