Lyrik's Institution is excited to announce Serve Day, a community-focused event dedicated to giving back and fostering unity within our neighborhoods. The event will take place on Saturday, May 25, 2004, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the corner of 27th and Prospect.

Kyle Hollins, the Executive Director and Founder of Lyrik's Institution has recently been given the opportunity to adopt the bus stop at this corner. This location holds significant personal history for Kyle, as it is the very place where he was once indicted for drug and gun charges. Now, he has the chance to return and contribute positively to the community he once impacted negatively.

“Returning to this corner to serve and support my community is a full-circle moment for me,” says Kyle Hollins. “I took so much from this neighborhood in my past, and now it's my mission to give back and help create a safer, more supportive environment for everyone.”

During Serve Day, Lyrik's Institution will be providing free food, water, and essential resources to community members. In addition, there will be a neighborhood cleanup effort to enhance the beauty and safety of the area. This event aims to bring together residents and volunteers to make a tangible difference in their surroundings and foster a sense of communal responsibility and pride.
