Dementia Friends Annual Sponsor

The Dementia Friends sessions are offered virtually on Zoom 3 or more times per year, on a variety of subjects. They are one-hour virtual sessions for individuals who want to learn more about recognizing the signs of dementia and help those who may manifest those signs. Outreach for these programs expands to our 5-county region and beyond. 

Sponsorship includes your logo on the Upcoming Programs registration page on Aging Together's website for entire year, your logo on any promotional materials or eblasts for each session and "Sponsored By" announcement at start of each Zoom session.
