Roca's Work Helping Young Men to Overcome the Violence in Baltimore


Join Maryland Free for a special Breakfast Event, where we will be joined by the inspiring team from Roca. At Roca, their mission is nothing short of remarkable – to be a relentless force in disrupting incarceration, poverty, and racism. By actively engaging young adults, police, and the systems at the heart of urban violence, Roca aims to foster meaningful relationships that address trauma, instill hope, and drive positive change.


Join us for a morning filled with powerful conversations and insights as we explore how together we can make a lasting impact on our community.




Our speakers include:

  • Molly Baldwin – founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Roca
  • Kurt Palermo – Executive Vice President of Roca Maryland


This event will take place on Wednesday, March 13th at Rolling Road Golf Club in Catonsville, Maryland, from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.
