Paddles and Palettes

"Paddle" with FLFR on a 45 minute trip along the beautiful Highland Lake shore from The Anchor to Sarah's lake home (and back another 45 min). When you arrive at the lake house, take out your "Palette" to create a rock art project in a picturesque location that could inspire great designs. The lake at the end of the dock is about 6 feet deep, but at the steps is about 2 - 3 feet deep and kayaks can be tethered from the dock instead of dragged out of the water. Trip includes all art materials and instruction on how to paint rocks that you will take home. FLFR provides kayaks, snacks and art materials for a suggested $25 donation. Bring a brown bag lunch.

2:15 Arrive back at The Anchor

2:20 Load up boats

Each participant will sign a Release Form for Highland Lake before starting the paddle.
