Giving Tuesday is a global movement that inspires millions to make a difference. This year, The Obodo Collective invites you to join us in our mission to create a healthier, more equitable, and sustainable future for marginalized communities in Las Vegas.
Our 2024 Impact: Rooted in Action
Your support fuels change. This year, with your help, The Obodo Collective:
- Harvested Over 1,400 Pounds of fresh, affordable produce for families in the Historic Westside and our Obodo produce bags also included nutrition and financial literacy resources.
- Empowered Over 200 Community Members to achieve housing stability through partnerships and direct contributions.
- Launched Sunset Suppers, a transformative health fair reimagined as a farm-to-table dinner series with free medical screenings, live music, and food demos.
- Distributed Over 900 Free Books during our inaugural Our Mother’s Garden Book Festival, along with quality workshops and discussions with internationally renowned authors
inspiring a love of learning. - Educated & Empowered Youth through our Obodo Youth CREW summer camp, providing enriching programs and over 100 backpacks.
These milestones demonstrate how we’re building pathways out of poverty—but we can’t do it alone.

Thanks to an anonymous donor, every dollar you give this Giving Tuesday will be matched up to $25,000. Together, we can amplify our impact, expanding vital programs that uplift our neighbors.
