School Supply Drive 2024

Help give under-resourced students the supplies they need to succeed!

Santa Clara Unified School District has socio-economically disadvantaged students in need of school supplies.

You can make an electronic donation now.

  • $75 will help an elementary student while $100 will help a secondary student

If your company offers a corporate matching gift:

  • Go to your company's Benevity giving portal.
  • Select "Santa Clara Unified School District"
  • Choose "School Supply Drive for Santa Clara USD's Economically Disadvantaged Students" from the project list

You can also gather materials and bring them to the Family Resource Center, located at 1840 Benton Street, Santa Clara, CA, 95050. The Family Resource Center is open for donations on Thursdays from 9am-2pm starting June 17th through July 26th.

We are asking for the following supplies:

  • High-Quality Backpacks (dark or neutral colors, no red or royal blue, sizing: small or medium 15-20L for elementary and 25-35L for secondary)
  • Black or Blue Pens
  • Pencils Pouches or Plastic Pencil Box
  • Pencils
  • Pencil sharpeners
  • Erasers
  • Colored Pencils (Crayola)
  • Composition Notebooks Wide Ruled
  • Composition Notebooks College Ruled
  • Dividers
  • Pocket Folder
  • Spiral Notebook
  • Graph paper
  • Constructions Paper
  • Crayons (Crayola)
  • Glue Sticks
  • Highlighters
  • Washable markers (Crayola)
  • Lined Paper Wide Ruled
