Our Impact

When we look back to 2017 and those early days operating as Employtech out of UC Berkeley's Stiles Hall, we are in awe of the incredible journey that's brought us here today. Even back then, our mission was clear: to provide the necessary support and career pathways that were missing in our historically marginalized communities.

Over the past 7 years, we've worked tirelessly to turn our vision into reality.

Here's a glimpse of what we have achieved together:

• Served over 1,500 talented associates
• Helped 85% of our associates secure internships or full-time roles within two years
• Forged strategic partnerships with Kaiser Permanente, IDEO, UC Berkeley, Greenlining Institute, Peralta Colleges and more
• Our dedication to equity is unwavering, with 70% of our associates being First Generation and/or Pell Grant recipients. 

All proceeds from our Homecoming gala will fuel our career development programs, mentorship initiatives, and the vital resources underrepresented talent needs to soar.
